Once the local grocery shop that supplied Lower Town with essential goods, The Locker is now a characterful converted holiday let with stunning sea views, designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment for visitors to enjoy during their stay on St. Martins. Based in Lower Town, The Locker is situated in a perfect location to benefit from many of St. Martins’ best amenities. Just a moment away you will find St. Martins’ longest white sand beach and the broad expanse of flats which are revealed at low tide. The Locker is also just a stones throw away from Lower Town Quay, Karma Hotel and St. Martins local pub, The Seven Stones Inn.
Whether you’re with us for a long stay or short break, we look forward to welcoming you to our special island and doing everything we can to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.
The Locker is a clean and tastefully furnished upside down style house with panoramic views out across the islands from the first floor. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms are made up with high quality bedding and all towels are provided. There is also a modern bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower.
Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cater for yourselves. There is also a washing machine with outdoor clothes line. The Locker has a large four seater dining table and plenty of crockery and quality tableware. The lounge contains two comfy chairs and a large sofa, freeview television and radio. The house also benefits from high speed wifi throughout. Just across the road you’ll find a small secluded garden with table and chairs for your exclusive use.
